Ingrediënten:
- ca. 100 g rode bataviasla
- 1 rode paprika
- 100 g gorgonzola
- 3 sneetjes casinobrood
- 3 eetlepels olijfolie
- 1 eetlepel rode wijnazijn
- mespuntje mosterd
- boter of margarine
- zout
- peper
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet.
Was en droog de sla. Scheur de sla in kleinere stukken. Was de paprika enverwijder de zaadlijsten. Snij de paprika in blokjes snijden. Snij de Gorgonzolain blokjes. Roer in een kommetje een dressing van olie, azijn, mosterd, zout enpeper. Verdeel de sla over 2 borden en verdeel er de paprika en gorgonzola over.Sprenkel de dressing over de salade. Snij de korsten van het casinobrood enbesmeer de boterhammen aan beide kanten met boter of margarine. Snij deboterhammen in blokjes van 2 bij 2 cm. Bak de croutons in een koekenpan aanbeide kanten krokant en lichtbruin. Garneer de salade met de warme croutons.Serveer direct.

Geschikt voor: vegetariërs, glutenvrij dieet,energieverrijkt dieet, eiwitverrijkt dieet
Dieet variatietip: Heb je lactose intolerantie? Gebruik olie in plaats van boter voor het bakken, neem bruin brood in plaats van witbrood en gorgonzola kun je eventueel vervangen door noten of gekookt ei. Eet jegeen mosterd? Neem dan iets meer azijn. Voor energiebeperking, rooster brood inhet rooster in plaats van het te besmeren met boter en te bakken.
