Ingrediënten:
- 2 dunne preien
- 2 tomaten
- 1 rode paprika
- 2 uien
- 125 gram champignons
- 200 gram broccoli
- 2 eetlepels olijfolie
- Italiaanse kruiden
Bereidingswijze
Was en snij de preien in ringen. Als ze uit de diepvries komen eerst latenontdooien. Was en snij de tomaat en paprika in blokjes. Pel en snij de ui fijn.Borstel de champignons schoon of als ze uit blik of pot komen laat ze eerst evenuitlekken in een vergiet. Snij ze vervolgens in dunnen plakjes. Was de broccolien indien deze uit de diepvries komt eerst even laten ontdooien. Snij debroccoli in kleine stukken. Verhit de olijfolie in de wok en bak eerst de ui envervolgens de rest van de groenten erbij wokken. Strooi wat Italiaanse kruidenerover heen en serveer direct.
