Ingrediënten:
- 500 g komkommer
- 2 theelepels zout
- 1/2 bloemkool
- 1 teentje knoflook
- 1 theelepel gemberwortel of 1 theelepel gemberpoeder
- 2 eetlepels zonnebloemolie of arachide-olie
- 1/2 theelepel versgemalen vijfkleurenpeper of zwarte peper
- 1 eetlepel donkere sojasaus (Soy Superior Sauce)
- 1 theelepel suiker
- 2 theelepels sesamolie
- 1 eetlepel geroosterd sesamzaad
- keukenpapier
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet
Was de komkommer, halveer deze in de lengte en schraap met een dessertlepelde zaadjes eruit. Snij de komkommer in blokjes van ca. 2 bij 2 cm. Bestrooi deblokjes met het zout. Schep goed om en laat ze in een vergiet ca. 20 minutenuitlekken. Spoel de komkommer af onder koud stromend water en dep de blokjesdroog met keukenpapier. Verdeel de bloemkool in kleine roosjes. Pel en snipperde knoflook. Snij de gemberwortel fijn. Verhit een wok of grote hapjespan.Schenk er de olie in en bak, als de olie goed heet is, al omscheppend deknoflook, gember, bloemkoolroosjes en peper 20 seconden. Voeg de komkommer toeen roerbak nog 5 – 6 minuten. Voeg de sojasaus en suiker toe en warm nog evendoor. Voeg de sesamolie toe en bestrooi met geroosterd sesamzaad.
Per persoon ongeveer 200 gram groenten
Lekker met kip of varkensvlees en rijst.
