Roergebakken lamsoren met bosui en komkommer

  • 250 g jong lamsoren
  • 2 bosuitjes
  • 1 kleine of 1/2 komkommer
  • 1 theelepel citroensap
  • 2 eetlepels olijfolie
  • peper

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet.

Verwijder de harde steeltjes en was de lamsoren snel in een zeef onder koudstromend water. Wanneer de lamsoren in ruim water gewassen worden, dan gaat eendeel van de typisch zilte smaak verloren. Laat ze heel goed uitlekken. Maak debosuitjes schoon en snij ze in diagonale stukjes van 3 cm. Was de komkommer enhalveer deze in de lengte. Halveer de komkommer overdwars en schep met eenlepeltje de zaadjes en het vocht eruit. Schaaf de komkommer met de kaasschaaf inlinten.

Verhit een wok of wijde braadpan en voeg de olijfolie toe. Roerbak delamsoren met de bosui en komkommer 2 – 3 minuten. Breng op smaak met citroensapen peper.

Per persoon ongeveer 200 gram groenten

 

Lekker met pasta, vis of lamsvlees.
