Ingrediënten:

  • 150 g zeekraal
  • 2 eetlepels olijfolie
  • 1/2 zakje gemengde sla
  • vis naar keuze bijvoorbeeld 2 plakjes gerookte zalm
  • 2 plakjes gerookte paling
  • 2 stukjes gerookte heilbot
  • 100 g Hollandse garnalen of van alles wat
  • 2 eetlepels olijfolie
  • 1 theelepel citroensap
  • 1/2 theelepel fijne mosterd
  • zout
  • peper

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Lactosevrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet.

Roer een dressing van 2 eetlepels olijfolie, citroensap, mosterd, zout enpeper. Maak de zeekraal schoon, verwijder de worteltjes en de hardestengeldelen. Was de groente en laat deze goed uitlekken.

Verhit een wok en voeg de olie toe. Roerbak de zeekraal 1 – 3 minuten in dehete olie. Verdeel de gemengde sla en de vis naar keuze over vier bordjes en legde zeekraal er in het midden bovenop. Sprenkel de dressing over de salade.

Per persoon ongeveer 100 gramn ruime hapjespan of groenten

Ook heel lekker bij oesters.
