Bereidingswijze

Haal de blaadjes roodlof los. Was ze en sla ze droog. Snipper de lente-uitjesen meng met de kaas, crème fraiche en mayonaise tot een dipsaus.

Serveersuggestie: leg de blaadjes roodlof bloembladbewijs op een groot bordmet de dipsaus in een schaaltje in het midden.
