  • 2 peren, geschild en in fijne partjes
  • 50 gr gehakte walnoten
  • 50 gr roquefort in stukjes
  • 2 eetl. honing
  • 1 eetl. citroensap
  • eventueel rode cress

Bereidingswijze

Meng de ingrediënten tot een mooie massa. Verdeel het mengsel over debladeren van de roodlof. Serveer in schuitje maak af met rode cress.
