Ingrediënten:

  • 24 niet te grote sjalotjes
  • zout
  • 36 groene olijven zonder pit
  • 2 eetlepels kruidenolie

Bereidingswijze

Kook de sjalotjes ca. 5 minuten in water met zout. Spoel ze af met koud wateren laat ze heel goed uitlekken. Steek afwisselend een olijfje en een sjalotje ophouten satéprikkers

Bestrijk de spiezen met de kruidenolie. Grill ze op de barbecue, onder degrill of bak ze in de koekepan (met anti-aanbaklaag) goudbruin. Bestrijk zetussendoor 1 of 2 maal met de olie.

Bevat per persoon: 410/100 kJoules/kcal., 1 g eiwit, 9 g vet, 4 gkoolhydraten.
