Ingrediënten:

  • 150 g roomboter
  • 2 sjalotten
  • paprikapoeder
  • Italiaanse keukenkruiden
  • peper
  • zout

Bereidingswijze

Pel de sjalotten en hak ze heel fijn. Roer de boter zacht en meng er desjalotsnippertjes, de paprikapoeder en de Italiaanse keukenkruiden door. Voegzout en peper naar smaak toe. Vorm een rolletjes van de boter en pak het inaluminiumfolie en laat het in de koelkast opstijven. Gebruik in plaats van botereens verse roomkaas bijvoorbeeld Mon Chou.

Heerlijk op warme toast, maar ook als basis voor een eenvoudige saus of opeen entrecote.

Bevat per persoon: 790/190 kJoules/kcal., 0 g eiwit, 21 g vet, 0 gkoolhydraten.
