Ingrediënten:
- 1 ui
- 250 g witte kool in reepjes
- 1/2 eetlepel olie
- paprikapoeder
- 1/2 blik gepelde tomaten
- 250 g gare sojabonen
- 1 kruidnagel
- 1 laurierblad
- 25 g geraspte kaas
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet.
Snij de schoongemaakte ui klein. Bak de ui in de olie glazig en voeg peper,zout en paprikapoeder toe. Bak de kool even mee. Snij de tomaten in stukken endoe ze met het sap, de sojabonen, de kruidnagel en het laurierblad bij degroenten. Smoor het gerecht 15 minuten. Verwijder de kruidnagel en hetlaurierblad. Doe de groenten in een schaal en strooi de kaas erover. Laat dekaas eventueel lichtbruin kleuren onder een grill of in een hete oven (200graden).
Per persoon ongeveer 125 gram groenten
