Ingrediënten:
- 200 g spaghetti
- 1 eetlepel (olijf)olie
- 2 teentjes knoflook
- 2 bosuitjes
- 250 g gemengde paddestoelen
- citroensap
- zout
- peper
- enkele blaadjes basilicum
- 100 g zachte geitenkaas
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet.
Kook de spaghetti volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing op de verpakking. Maakintussen de paddestoelen schoon en snij grote exemplaren zonodig in stukken.Snij de bosuitjes in stukken van ongeveer 1 cm. Verkruimel de geitenkaas.
Verhit de olie in een wok. Pers de teentjes knoflook erboven uit. Voeg depaddestoelen toe en roerbak deze ongeveer 5 minuten. Voeg een scheutjecitroensap toe en maak op smaak met zout en peper. Giet de pasta af en schepdeze door de paddestoelen. Verdeel de spaghetti over 2 borden en verdeel degeitenkaas erover. Serveer direct.
Per persoon ongeveer 75 gram groenten
Lekker met gegrilde groenten als courgette, paprika en tomaat.
