- 1 kg aardappelen
- 1 mooie frisée, heel fijn gesneden
- 1 dl melk
- 50 gram room boter
- Geschaafde kaas als garnering en eventueel mosterd cress
Bereidingswijze
Kook de aardappelen met wat zout in 25 minuten gaar en giet ze af
Voeg boter, peper, zout, nootmuskaat en melk toe en als laatste degele frisée.
Stamp het geheel. Maak af met kaas en de cress.

Dieet variatietip: Bij lactose intolerantie kun je boterdoor (olijf)olie vervangen en lactose-vrije of sojamelk gebruiken. De meestemensen met lactose intolerantie kunnen harde Nederlandse kazen verdragen (b.v.Goudse). Volg je energiebeperkt dieet, neem dan geen boter, magere of evt.halfvolle melk en 20+ kaas.
Serveer op een schuitje roodlof of witlof voor een origineel borrelhapje.
