Ingrediënten:

  • 350 g broccoli
  • 1 bosuitje of lenteuitje
  • 1/2 rode peper
  • 1 teentje knoflook
  • 1 eetlepel olie of arachide-olie
  • 1 eetlepel Japanse sojasaus
  • 1 theelepel sesamolie
  • 1 eetlepel koriander

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Lactosevrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet.

Maak de broccoli schoon en snij de stelen in dunne plakjes en de bloem inroosjes. Snij het bos- of lenteuitje in ringen, het pepertje (met zaad en al) inkleine stukjes en hak de gepelde knoflook fijn.

Verhit de olie in een grote ronde schaal en zet de schaal onafgedekt circa 30seconden, ca. 750 Watt in de magnetron. Roer de bos- of lenteui, peperstukjes enknoflook erdoor en verhit, afgedekt, nog 2 minuten,ca. 750 Watt. Schep debroccoli en sojasaus erdoor en verhit, afgedekt, 3 – 4 minuten,ca. 750 Watt.Laat de groenten uit de magnetron, afgedekt, enkele minuten nagaren. Roertenslotte de sesamolie en fijngeknipte koriander er door.

Dit gerecht bevat 175 gram groente per persoon.

Lekker met noedels en kipcurry.
