Tomatensalade met verse basilicum

Ingrediënten:

  • 2 tomaten
  • pruimtomaten of vleestomaten
  • 1 mozzarellakaasje
  • 4 blaadjes verse basilicum
  • zout
  • versgemalen peper
  • 2 eetlepels olijfolie

Bereidingswijze

Was de tomaten en snij ze in dunne plakjes. Laat het mozzarellakaasjeuitlekken en snij deze ook in dunne plakjes. Was de basilicumblaadjes en snij zein dunne reepjes. Rangschik de plakjes tomaat en kaas om en om dakpansgewijs op4 bordjes. Strooi er zout, vers gemalen peper en de basilicum over. Sprenkel erolijfolie over.

Per persoon ongeveer 75 gram groenten

Dieet: vegetarisch dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet.
