Ingrediënten:

  • 8 (cocktail)tomaten, in plakken
  • 4 plakjes bladerdeeg, ontdooid
  • 2 eetlepels crème fraîche
  • 2 eetlepels mosterd
  • 3 takjes tijm
  • 2 eetlepels olijfolie

Bereidingswijze

Bekleed de vorm met het bladerdeeg. Roer de crème fraîche en mosterd doorelkaar en strijk dit over de taartbodem. Tomaten dakpansgewijs in cirkels in devorm leggen. Met zout, peper en tijmblaadjes bestrooien en basilicumolie eroverdruppelen. In 25 – 35 minuten goudbruin en gaar bakken.

Geschikt voor: Vegetariërs (die wel melkproducten eten),glutenvrij dieet,

Dieet variatie tip: Heb je lactose intolerantie? Dan kun jecrème fraîche vervangen door lactosevrije dikke yoghurt of lactose vrijeroomkaas of eventueel ketchup nemen in plats van mosterd en crème fraîche (hetgerecht is dan ook geschikt voor strenge vegetariërs). Bij natriumbeperking zouje het beste zelf bladerdeeg kunnen maken met zo min mogelijk zout erin en eennatriumarme mosterd nemen (of ook ketchup als sausje).
