Ingrediënten:
- 1/2 rode ui
- 1 kleine rijpe mango
- 1/2 rode peper
- 1/2 limoen
- 1 rijpe avocado
- 1/2 theelepel kaneel
- mespuntje zout
Bereidingswijze
Pel en snipper de rode ui fijn. Schil de mango. Snij het vruchtvlees inkleine blokjes en doe dit met de ui in een grote kom. Verwijder de pitjes uit depeper en hak de peper fijn. Voeg de peper toe aan de mango. Rasp hele dunneschilletjes van de limoen en pers de limoen verder uit.
Halveer de avocado, verwijder de pit, schep het vruchtvlees uit de schil(schil bewaren) en snij het vruchtvlees in kleine blokjes. Schep er hetlimoensap door.
Schep mango, ui, peper, avocado, kaneel en zout voorzichtig door elkaar envul er de avocadoschillen mee. Of serveer de salsa in een schaaltje. Garneer metde limoenschilletjes.
Lekker fris bij pittige oosterse gerechten. Ook heerlijk met zoete ui en verse munt.
