  • 1 komkommer
  • 1 eetlepel zout
  • 150 g magere kwark
  • 1/2 dl garderoom
  • 1 theelepel citroensap
  • 1 theelepel olijfolie
  • 2 teentjes knoflook
  • 2 eetlepels fijngesneden dille
  • peper
  • zout

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet.

Schil de komkommer met een dunschiller. Rasp de komkommer grof en meng er eeneetlepel zout door. Schep de geraspte komkommer in een zeef en hang deze boveneen kom. Dek de zeef af met plastic folie en leg er een zwaar gewicht op. Zet dekomkommer 30 minuten koel weg. Het zout onttrekt vocht aan de komkommer.

Maak intussen de saus. In een kom de garderoom stijfkloppen en vermengen metde kwark. Pel de teentjes knoflook en pers ze uit boven de saus. Voegcitroensap, olijfolie en dille toe. Spoel de geraspte komkommer af onder dekraan en laat de groente goed uitlekken. Meng de komkommer door de saus. Maak detzatziki op smaak met zou en peper. Serveer met knapperige rauwe groenten eneventueel stokbrood
