Ingrediënten:
- 4 grote uien
- 50 g boter
- 100 g ontdooide en uitgeknepen spinazie uit diepvries
- 100 g verkruimelde fetakaas
- 100 g gesmolten boter
- 8 vellen filodeeg
Bereidingswijze
Pel de ui en snijd alleen het bovenste kapje er vanaf. Snijd de binnenste uilos en schep de binnenste laagjes van de ui eruit, laat een rand van 2 laagjesui zitten. Gebruik hiervoor een bolletjessteker of scherp grapefruit mesje.Bewaar de losse stukjes ui voor gebruik in de recepten. Indien gewenst kunnen deuien ook even gekookt worden: 5 minuten in een pan met ruim kokend water. Holde uien uit volgens het basisrecept, bewaar de uitgeschepte ui en kook ze 5minuten in kokend water.
Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden C. Hak de uitgeholde ui fijn en bakzachtjes in de boter. Hak de spinazie grof en schep de gebakken ui en het zoutdoor de spinazie. Roer het ei los en meng de fetakaas erdoor. Schep heteiermengsel door de spinazie en verdeel over de uitgeholde uien. Bestrijk elkvel filodeeg met gesmolten boter en leg voor iedere ui 2 vellen deeg kruislingsluchtig op elkaar.
Verpak de uien in de deeglaagjes en bedruip de buitenkant met nog wat boter.Bak de uien 25 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven. Lekker met broccoli metgeroosterde pijnboompitten.
