Ingrediënten:
- 2 venkelknollen
- sap van 2 citroenen
- 300 ml room
- 1 eetlepel honing
- 80 g havervlokken
- 80 g paneermeel
- 40 g bloem
- 50 g boter
Bereidingswijze
Verwarm de oven voor op 180°C.
Kook de venkel 5 minuten in water met 2 eetl citroensap.
Spoel de venkel af met koud water en laat uitlekken op een vergiet.
Meng de venkel met de rest van het citroensap en de honing. Doe het mengselin een ovenschaal en giet er de room bij.
Meng voor het kruimellaagje de havervlokken, bloem en het paneermeel.
Verhit de boter en giet over het haver-vlokkenmengsel. Strooi dit over devenkel.
Zet de schotel 30 minuten in de oven.
