Ingrediënten:

  • 2 Elstar appels
  • 1 citroen geperst
  • 250 gram verse ananas in stukjes
  • 100 gram walnoten
  • 400 gram kipfilet in stukjes
  • 1 struikje bleekselderij

Bereidingswijze

Verhit de olie in een wok en roerbak hierin de kipfilet in 7-8 minuten gaar.Breng op smaak met kerrie, zout en peper. Laat de stukjes kip afkoelen.
Rooster de walnoten 1-2 minuten in een droge koekenpan en laat ze daarnaafkoelen.
Klop de slagroom een beetje stijf en roer er de mayonaise en mosterd door. Brengop smaak met suiker, zout en peper. Snijd de bleekselderij fijn. Snijd de appelin reepjes en schep om met het citroensap, zodat het niet bruin wordt. Schep dekip om met de bleekselderij, appel, ananas en de dressing en bestrooi de salademet de walnoten.
