  • 1 kg paksoi
  • 100 g boter of margarine
  • 1 gesnipperde ui
  • 1 theelepel karwijzaad
  • 2 1/2 dl water eventueel wat maizena

Bereidingswijze

Was de paksoi en snij de groente in reepjes. Laat de suiker caramelliseren(lichtbruin branden) in een pan met dikke bodem. Voeg de boter of margarine, deui, de in reepjes gesneden paksoi, zout, karwijzaad, en het water toe.

Kook het geheel ca. 5 minuten, voeg de azijn toe en laat nog 5 minuten koken.Bind het teveel aan vocht met wat aangemaakte maïzena. Serveer de paksoi bijdiverse soorten vlees en aardappelen.

Per persoon ongeveer 200 gram groenten
