Ingrediënten:
- 4 boterhammen
- 100 g bramen
- 1 dl halfvolle melk
- 1 ei
- 1 zakje vanillesuiker
- poedersuiker
- boter of margarine
- 2 bolletjes vanilleijs
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Cholesterolbeperkt dieet.
Meng de melk met de eieren, vanillesuiker en zout. Leg de boterhammen erin enlaat ze even weken. Keer de boterhammen om en laat ze nog eens weken.
Smelt de boter of margarine in de pan en bak de boterhammen in 6 minuten aanbeide kanten bruin.
Verdeel bramen over de wentelteefjes en leg de wentelteefjes op 2 bordjes.Schep een bolletje ijs ernaast. Ook lekker met vanillevla.
Per persoon ongeveer 50 gram groenten
