Ingrediënten:

  • 4 struikjes witlof
  • 100 g witte pitloze druiven
  • 1 eetlepel citroensap
  • 2 theelepels honing
  • 3 eetlepels olie of druivenpitolie
  • mespunt gemberpoeder
  • 2 eetlepels fijngeknipte bieslook
  • zout
  • witte peper

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarich dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Lactosev.

Was de struikjes witlof, snij de stronkjes eraf en maak de blaadjes los. Laatde blaadjes in een vergiet uitlekken. Was de druiven, halveer ze en verwijder depitjes. Klop in een kommetje een dressing van het citroensap, de honing, de olieen eventueel een mespuntje gemberpoeder.

Voeg zout en peper naar smaak toe. Schep de bieslook erdoor. Verdeel deblaadjes witlof en de druiven over een platte schaal en sprenkel de dressingerover.

Per persoon ongeveer 100 g groenten en 50 g fruit
