Ingrediënten:

  • 650 g bloemkool uit de diepvries
  • 650 g selderhart in blik (uitlekgewicht)
  • 650 g schorseneren in blik (uitlekgewicht)
  • 50 cl volle of light room
  • ¼ l vloeibare eidooier
  • 125 g geraspte kaas
  • 1 snufje nootmuskaat

Bereidingswijze

De oven voorverwarmen op 200°C. De bloemkool gedurende 20 minuten koken.

Intussen de room, de eierdooiers, de kaas en de nootmuskaat mengen. Debloemkool laten uitlekken en de bloemkoolroosjes in kleine stukken snijden. Deandere groenten goed laten uitlekken. De selderharten en schorseneren in kleinestukken snijden.

Alle groenten mengen in een ovenschaal. Overgieten met de kaassaus en in deoven gedurende 15 minuten verwarmen. De oven op grill zetten en gedurende 3minuten laten gratineren tot de oppervlakte goudgeel gekleurd is.
