  • 1 krop ijsbergsla
  • 1 potje tacosaus
  • 1 blikje rode kidneybonen
  • 1 ui
  • rode paprika
  • 1 bekertje zure room
  • geraspte kaas

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Energiebeperkt dieet, Vegetarisch dieet, Vezelrijk dieet, Natriu.

Haal 8 mooie grote bladeren van de ijsbergsla en snij de rest van de sla inreepjes. Leg de bladeren ijsbergsla tussen keukenpapier in de magnetron, 10-15seconden, per slablad, ca. 750 Watt, zodat ze net zacht genoeg zijn om op terollen.Leg steeds twee grote bladeren op elkaar en bestrijk deze met detacosaus.

Laat de kidneybonen uitlekken en verwarm deze in de magnetron, 2-3 minuten,onafgedekt, ca. 750 Watt. Pel de ui en snipper deze fijn. Maak de paprika schoonen snij deze in stukjes. Meng de in reepjes gesneden ijsbergsla met de warmekidneybonen, gesnipperde ui en paprikastukjes. Vul met dit mengsel deijsbergslabladeren. Geef eventueel overgebleven vulling er apart bij. Lekker metzure room en geraspte kaas.
