Ingrediënten:

  • 125 g zeekraal
  • 1 teentje knoflook
  • 1 bospeentje
  • mespuntje honing
  • peper
  • 1 1/2 eetlepel citroensap
  • 1/2 eetlepel olijfolie
  • 1/2 eetlepel fijngehakte dille

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Lactosevrij dieet.

Spoel de zeekraal af onder stromend water en verwijder stugge stengeldelen.Blancheer de groente 1 minuut in kokend water en spoel hem direct daarna afonder koud stromend water. Laat de groente uitlekken in een vergiet. Hak hetstukje knoflook fijn. Snij het worteltje in flinterdunne reepjes.

Roer een dressing van citroensap, olie, honing, peper, knoflook en dille.Meng in een schaal de zeekraal met de wortelreepjes en druppel de dressing overde salade. Lekker bij visgerechten.

Per persoon ongeveer 75 gram groenten
