- 1/2 rode kool
- ca. 3 dl olie
- zout
- kristalsuiker

Was de kool, dep hem droog en snij de kool met een scherp mes (of eenkeukenmachine) in hele fijne reepjes.
Verhit de olie in een wok tot 180 graden. Neem telkens een plukje kool enfrituur het in 10 – 20 seconden krokant. Neem de kool dan direct uit de olie enlaat het “zeewier”” uitlekken op keukenpapier. Strooi er wat zout en suikerover.
Per persoon ongeveer 75 gram groenten.
Lekker als bijgerecht of borrelhapje.
