Ingrediënten:
- 1 citroen
- 2 rijpe handperen
- 2 kiwi’s
- 3 eetlepels bosvruchtenjam
- 4 brokken witte noga
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Natriumbeperkt dieet, Eiwitbeperkt dieet.
Boen de citroen schoon en rasp er 1 theelepel gele schil af. Pers de citroenuit. Schil de peren, verwijder de klokhuizen en snij elke peer in 8 partjes,halveer de partjes. Schil de kiwi’s en snij ook elke kiwi in 8 partjes. Schep ineen schaal de stukken peer en kiwi en 1 eetlepel citroensap door elkaar. Schepde compote in twee wijde coupes.
Verwarm de jam met de geraspt citroenschil en 1 eetlepel citroensap alroerende tot een mooie saus. Schenk de warme saus over de perencompote. Breek denoga in stukjes en strooi ze over de compote.
Per persoon ongeveer 125 g fruit
Vervang de noga door zoete popcorn of heel speciaal door blokjes geitenkaas.
