Ingrediënten:
- 500 g prei
- 1/2 rode Spaanse peper
- 1 – 2 eetlepels olie
- 1 teentje knoflook
- 1 1/2 eetlepel azijn
- 1 eetlepel suiker
- 1 eetlepel gembersiroop
- 1 eetlepel ketjap manis
- 1 theelepel bouillonpoeder
- 3 takjes bladselderij
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet.
Verwijder de lelijke bladeren en het worteluiteinde van de prei en was degroente. Snij de prei in ringen van 1 cm dikte. Snij het kapje met desteelaanzet van de rode peper. Rol de peper tussen de handen en klop de pitjesuit de peper. Snij de peper in zeer dunne ringetjes.
Verhit in een braadpan de olie en pers er het teentje knoflook boven uit.Voeg de peperringetjes toe en laat knoflook en peper op een laag vuur zachtjes 1minuut bakken. Bak de prei op een hoog vuur mee en voeg na 3 minuten azijn,suiker, gembersiroop, ketjap, bouillonpoeder en 1/2 dl water toe. Roer goeddoor. Laat alles 3 minuten met het deksel op de pan, zachtjes stoven. Doe dezoetzure prei over in een voorverwarmde schaal en knip de takjes selderij erboven fijn. Lekker bij een Indische of Chinese maaltijd.
Dit gerecht bevat 200 gram groente per persoon.
