Ingrediënten:

  • 125 gram blauwe bessen
  • 125 gram bramen
  • 4 takjes aalbessen of rode bessen
  • 1 teentje knoflook
  • 1 eetlepel olijfolie
  • ½ ciabattabrood
  • 100 gram roombrie
  • 4 takjes tijm
  • grof peper

Bereidingswijze

Warm de grill voor op 250°C.

Maak het zachtfruit schoon. Pers de knoflook uit. Meng knoflook met deolijfolie. Snij het ciabattabrood open. Besprenkel de binnenkanten met deknoflookolie. Toast het ciabattabrood ongeveer 2 minuten onder de hete grill tothet goudbruin kleurt. Beleg daarna met de blauwe bessen en bramen en leg erlange plakjes brie over. Bestrooi met de tijmblaadjes. Gratineer ongeveer 2minuten onder de hete grill. Bestrooi met peper. Garneer met de aalbessen enserveer direct.

Dit gerecht bevat circa 150 gram fruit per persoon.

Doe voor een meer hartige bite een plakje parmaham onder de bessen en bramen.
