Ingrediënten:
- 150 gram zachtfruit (aardbeien, frambozen, bramen, diverse bessen)
- 2 takjes rode bessen
- 4 ijsblokjes
- 3 dl zoete mousserende witte wijn of champagne
- 2 takjes munt
- Extra nodig: 2 mooie cocktailprikkers, 2 coupes
Bereidingswijze
Maak het zachtfruit schoon. Steek een braam en een aardbei aan 2cocktailprikkers en hou deze samen met de hele takjes rode bessen achter voorgarnering. Snij eventuele grote aardbeien in stukken. Doe de ijsblokjes in eenschone theedoek en sla ze met een deegroller (of een ander zwaar voorwerp) inkleine stukjes. De ijsblokjes fijnmaken met behulp van een keukenmachine kanook. Doe de crushed ice in 2 coupes. Schep er de rest van het zacht fruit op.Schenk de wijnof champagne erover. Steek de cocktailprikkers in de coupes.Garneer met de takjes munt en de hele takjes rode bessen.
Dit gerecht bevat circa 75 gram fruit per persoon.
Voeg een scheutje cassissiroop toe. In plaats van wijn kun je alcoholvrije “champagne” nemen.
