  • 250 gram aardbeien
  • 2 pitabroodjes
  • 1 bolletje gember
  • 1 lente-uitje
  • 1 kleine avocado
  • 1 theelepel kerriepoeder
  • 2 flinke eetlepels yoghurtmayonaise
  • 2 blaadjes sla (lollo biondo)

Bereidingswijze

Was de aardbeien in koud water en verwijder de kroontjes. Halveer ze. Bak depitabroodjes in een oven of broodrooster volgens aanwijzing op de verpakking.Hak intussen de gember zeer fijn. Snij de lente-ui in dunne ringetjes. Schil deavocado, verwijder de pit. Snij het vruchtvlees in reepjes. Bestrooi met zout enpeper. Meng kerriepoeder en gember door de yoghurtmayonaise. Snij depitabroodjes aan één kant open. Bestrijk de binnenkant met de yoghurtmayonaise.Steek er de sla in en vul met avocado, aardbeien en lente-ui.

Dit gerecht bevat circa 115 gram fruit en 85 gram groente perpersoon.

In aluminiumfolie zijn de pita’s heel goed mee te nemen. Besprenkel de gesneden avocado dan wel met citroensap.
