Ingrediënten:

  • 200 gram frambozen
  • 4 dl vruchtensap (aardbeien of sinaasappel)
  • 2 takjes rode bessen en enkele frambozen als garnering

Bereidingswijze

Maak de frambozen schoon. Leg ze op een bord of in een bakje en zet zeongeveer 1 uur in de vriezer. Doe de bevroren frambozen met het vruchtensap ineen blender. Laat de blender circa 15 seconden draaien, wacht 15 seconden enlaat weer 15 seconden draaien. Schenk de smoothie in hoge glazen. Garneer met detakjes bessen en enkele frambozen. Serveer met een rietje.

Hoeveelheid fruit per persoon: circa 100 gram (exclusiefvruchtensap)

Maak ook eens een smoothie van bevroren aardbeien, melk en vanillesuiker.
