Ingrediënten:

  • 400 gram gemengd rood zachtfruit (aardbeien, frambozen, rode bessen)
  • 1 perssinaasappel
  • enkele druppels citroensap
  • 1 zakje vanillesuiker (8 gram)
  • 1 bekertje zure room (125 gram)
  • 2 takjes rode bessen voor garnering
  • extra nodig: keukenmachine of blender

Bereidingswijze

Maak het zachtfruit schoon. Pers de sinaasappel uit. Pureer alle vruchtensamen met het sinaasappelsap en enkele druppels citroensap in een keukenmachineof blender. Roer de vanillesuiker door de zure room. Schenk de soep in tweediepe borden en schep er de vanilleroom in. Garneer met de rode bessen.

Dit gerecht bevat circa 225 gram fruit per persoon.

Strooi er voor het serveren wat krokante muesli over of voeg als de soep een dessert is een scheutje likeur toe.
