Zachtfruit Wrap

Ingrediënten:

  • 200 gram aardbeien
  • 2 flensjes of dunne pannenkoeken
  • 3 eetlepels zoete wijn, port of aardbeiensiroop
  • verkruimelde amandelkoekjes (bijv. een paar Cantuccini of amandelspeculaasjes)

Bereidingswijze

Was de aardbeien in koud water en verwijder de kroontjes. Snij ze in partjesen laat ze ongeveer 30 minuten in de wijn, port of siroop marineren. Neem deaardbeien uit de marinade. Verwarm de flensjes ieder ongeveer 20 seconden op 700Watt in de magnetron. Maak de wraps:

beleg de bovenste helft van de pannenkoeken met de aardbeien. Vouw deonderste helft eroverheen. Rol de dubbelgevouwen pannenkoek op tot een hoorntjeen leg deze op een bordje. Of: doe de flensjes in een breed glas of beker enschep de aardbeien erin. Strooi tenslotte de verkruimelde koekjes over deaardbeien.

Tip: Roer de overgebleven marinade door 100 gram mascarponeen serveer dit apart bij de wraps. Combineer de gemarineerde aardbeien ook metander zachtfruit.
