Ingrediënten:
- ca. 75 g frambozen
- ca. 75 g bramen
- 40 g droogkokende rijst
- 1 kiwi
- 1/2 citroen
- 1 zakje vanillesuiker
- 1 eetlepel basterdsuiker
Bereidingswijze
Pers de citroen uit en vul het sap met water aan tot 1 dl. Doe het met eenstukje citroenschil en de vanillesuiker in een pan. Kook de rijst in het sapgaar. Laat de rijst afkoelen. Was de frambozen en bramen en verwijder dekroontjes. Schil de kiwi en snij het vruchtvlees in plakjes. Schep de vruchtenmet de basterdsuiker door de rijst. Garneer eventueel met een sliertjecitroenschil.
Per persoon ongeveer 100 g fruit.
Geschikt voor: Vegetariërs, glutenvrij dieet, natriumbeperktdieet
