Ingrediënten:

  • 150 g witte champignons
  • 150 g aardappel
  • 100 g geraspte kaas
  • 2 eieren
  • 40 g maizena
  • 2 eetlepels roomboter of margarine
  • zout
  • peper

Bereidingswijze

Maak de champignons schoon en snij ze fijn. Schil de aardappels en rasp ze.Klop de eieren los. Meng in een grote kom de fijngesneden champignons, degeraspte aardappels, kaas, losgeklopte eieren, maizena , room, zout en peperdoor elkaar. Vet een wafelijzer in met wat boter of margarine. Bak van hetbeslag knapperige wafels in ca. 4 minuten.

Per persoon ongeveer 75 gram groenten.
