Ingrediënten:

  • 130 g aardbeien
  • 1 dl ongezoet ananassap
  • 2 1/2 dl volle yoghurt

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippenei vrij dieet

Was de aardbeien onder de koude kraan. Indien ze uit diepvries blik of potkomen, laat ze even uitlekken in een vergiet. Verwijder vervolgens de kroontjes.Leg 2 mooie aardbeien apart. Pureer de aardbeien met 1 deciliter ananassap ineen blender. Schenk daarna alle yoghurt erbij en laat de blender even draaien.Schenk de shake die ontstaan is in 2 grote glazen. Bovenop de shake kunnen deaardbeien gelegd worden, die in het begin apart zijn gehouden.
