  • 200 g groene asperges
  • 1 struikje witlof
  • 2 eetlepels olijfolie
  • 50 g Serranoham of rauwe ham
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eetlepels citroensap
  • ca. 40 g veldsla
  • 2 eetlepels sesamolie
  • 1 eetlepel Japanse sojasaus
  • zout
  • peper
  • 1 theelepel sesamzaad

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Glutenvrij dieet, Lactosevrij dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet

Was de asperges en schil het onderste gedeelte (circa 5 cm) van de asperges.Snijd het houtige uiteinde eraf. Halveer de asperges in de lengte.

Was en halveer het witlof in de lengte. Snij het witlof in de lengte in dunnerepen. Verhit de olijfolie in een koekenpan en bak de asperges en witlof op eenlaag vuur circa 2 minuten. Bestrooi met zout en peper. Schep de groenten op eenbord en laat ze afkoelen. Halveer de plakken ham in de lengte. Schil de avocado,verwijder de pit en snij het vruchtvlees in lange plakken. Besprenkel de avocadomet 1 eetlepel citroensap. Verdeel de gewassen en gedroogde veldsla over tweeborden. Leg op de sla een bergje gebakken groenten, avocado en ham. Klop eendressing van de sesamolie, sojasaus en 1 eetlepel citroensap. Breng op smaak metzout en peper. Besprenkel de salades met de dressing en bestrooi ze met hetsesamzaad.

Dit gerecht bevat circa 175 gram groente en 50 gram fruit.

Lekker met warm Italiaans brood.
