Ingrediënten:
- 250 g kipfilet
- 1 ui
- 1 eetlepel masala (Indiaas kruidenmengsel)
- zout
- 2 ontvelde vleestomaten
- 200 g pompoen of patisson in blokjes
- 1 teentje knoflook
- 1 appel in blokjes
- 2 eetlepels rozijnen
- 50 g zilvervliesrijst
- 1/2 kippenbouillonblokje
- 1 eetlepel olie
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Energiebeperkt dieet, Lactose vrij dieet, Kippenei vrij dieet.
Snij de kipfilet in stukjes en bestrooi ze met garam masala en zout. Pel ensnipper de ui. Snij de tomaten in stukjes. Verhit de olie in een braadpan. Bakde kipfilet even aan. Voeg de ui toe en bak deze even mee. Voeg de tomaat, depompoenstukjes en de appel toe. Pers het teentje knoflook erboven uit. Schepalles door elkaar. Voeg de rozijnen, de rijst, de ketjap, het bouillontablet en2 dl water toe. Breng alles aan de kook en laat het gerecht in ongeveer 15minuten met het deksel op de pan zachtjes smoren.
Per persoon ongeveer 200 gram groenten en 50 gram fruit
