  • 600 g Chinese kool
  • 2 eetlepels olie
  • 200 g kipfilet in reepjes
  • 1 ui
  • 1 eetlepel kerriepoeder
  • 1 theelepel gemberpoeder
  • 1/2 theelepel chilipoeder

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Lactosevrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet, Kippenei vrij dieet, Choles

Pel en snipper de ui. Was en snij de kool in reepjes. Verhit in wok of hapjespan de olie. Bak de ui even mee. Voeg de kipfilet, de kerriepoeder, degemberpoeder en de chilipoeder toe. Bak de kipfilet al omscheppend in enkeleminuten gaar. Schep de Chinese kool erdoor en roerbak tot de kool nog netknapperig is. Voeg naar smaak zout toe.

Per persoon ongeveer 125 gram groenten

Lekker met gekookte aardappelen.
