Ingrediënten:
- 20 g rode bessen
- 2 theelepels poedersuiker
- 25 g aardbeien
- 15 g frambozen
- 1/4 meloen
- 1 deciliter koude cassis
- 50 ml koolzuurhoudend mineraalwater
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Lactosevrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet
Haal de diverse vruchten zo nodig uit blik of pot en laat ze elk even apartuitlekken in een vergiet. Spoel dan de rode bessen in een zeef onder de kraanaf. Haal dan eventueel de steeltjes van de rode bessen af. Strooi dan depoedersuiker over de bessen en stop ze in een grote schaal. Was de aardbeien enhaal zo nodig de kroontjes weg. Spoel de frambozen in een zeef af en verwijderzo nodig de kroontjes. Doe de aardbeien en frambozen ook in de schaal. Snij demeloen in stukken en lepel de pitjes eruit. Schep bolletjes uit de meloen meteen bolletjeslepel. Doe de meloen ook in de schaal. Meet de cassis en hetmineraalwater af en schenk die over het fruit. Zet de bowl totdat je deze gaatgebruiken, afgedekt in de koelkast
