Ingrediënten:

  • 750 g andijvie
  • 1 appel
  • 1/2 potje pindasaus

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarsich dieet, Kippenei vrij dieet, dieet, Eiwitbeperkt dieet.

Was de struik andijvie en snij hem in repen van 1 centimeter. Was de groentezonodig nog een keer. Laat de groente uitlekken in een vergiet. Breng in destoompan of grote pan water aan de kook. Schil de appels en snij ze in blokjes.Doe de andijvie met de appel in het stoommandje of zeef en hang deze in de pan.Het stoommandje of de zeef mag het water niet raken. Plaats het deksel op de panen stoom de andijvie met appel in ongeveer 10 minuten beetgaar. Maak inmiddelsde pindasaus volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing op het potje of zakje. Doe deandijvie met appel over in een schaal en schenk een deel van de saus erover.Geef de rest van de saus er apart bij.

Per persoon ongeveer 200 gram groenten en 50 gram fruit
