- 1 kleine komkommer
- 125 g gehakt
- 1 beschuit
- zout
- peper
- kerriepoeder
- 1 eetlepel boter of margarine
- paneermeel
- 2 eetlepels rozijnen
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Lactosevrij dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Natriumbeperkt dieet.
Schil de komkommer, snij deze in de lengte door en schep de zaadjes eruit,zodat er 2 schuitjes ontstaan. Kook ze in ongeveer 5 minuten in een beetje wateren laat ze uitlekken. Maak het gehakt aan met de fijngewreven beschuit, zout,peper, en kerriepoeder. Meng de rozijnen erdoor.
Bij gebruik van de oven: Vul de komkommerstukken met het gehakt en bestrooize met paneermeel. Leg hier en daar een klontje margarine. Plaats de gevuldekomkommer in een vuurvaste schaal met een bodempje water en laat het gerecht inongeveer 20 minuten gaar en bruin worden in een matig warme oven (175 graden).
Zonder oven: Bak het aangemaakte gehakt al roerende in de margarine gaar enbruin en vul hiermee de komkommerstukken. Verwarm ze nog ongeveer 10 minuten ineen pan met een bodempje water.
Per persoon ongeveer 100 gram groenten
