Ingrediënten:

  • 500 g rabarber
  • 100 g basterdsuiker of vloeibare zoetstof
  • aardappelmeel

Bereidingswijze

Maak de rabarber schoon. Was ze en snij ze in stukjes. Kook de rabarber metweinig water in 10 minuten gaar. Roer een klontloos papje van wat aardappelmeelen een klein beetje water. Roer de rabarber fijn en bind het vocht metaardappelmeel. Laat de moes afkoelen en voeg naar smaak suiker of (vloeibare)zoetstof toe.

Per persoon ongeveer 200 gram groenten

 

Geschikt voor: vegetariërs, glutenvrij dieet, natriumbeperktdieet, vezelverrijkt dieet

Dieet variatietip: Gebruik vloeibare zoetstof voorenergiebeperking.

Doe de moes in ovenvaste schaaltjes. Klop eiwit met suiker zeer stijf. Schep het eiwit op de rabarbermoes en laat de schuimkop onder de grill mooi bruin kleuren
