Ingrediënten:

  • 300 g gekookte rode bieten
  • 1 harde appel, zoals Jonagold of Elstar
  • 1 klontje boter of margarine
  • 1 theelepel honing
  • 1 eetlepel citroensap
  • 1/2 theelepel geraspte mierikswortel
  • zout
  • peper
  • fijngeknipte bieslook

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Glutenvrij dieet.

Pel de rode bieten en snij ze in blokjes. Verwijder het klokhuiz en snij deappel in parten. Verhit een wok of wijde braadpan, voeg de boter of margarinetoe en voeg de bietjes en appel toe. Roerbak 4 – 5 minuten op hoog vuur. Voeg dehoning toe en laat deze karameliseren. Voeg het citroensap, de mierikswortel,zout en peper toe, schep om en laat alles goed warm worden. Bestrooi voor hetserveren met bieslook.

Per persoon ongeveer 150 gram groenten en 50 gram fruit

Lekker bij lamsvlees en gekookte aardappelen.
