Ingrediënten:
- 1/2 struik bleekselderij
- 1 ui
- 1/2 rode paprika
- 20 g boter of margarine20
- 1/2 l bouillon
- zout
- peper
- 20 g bloem
- scheutje room of koffieroom
- 2 plakjes diepvries bladerdeeg
- 2 eetlepels geraspte kaas
Bereidingswijze
Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Eiwitbeperkt dieet
Warm de oven voor op 200 graden. Laat de plakjes bladerdeeg ontdooien. Maakde bleekselderij schoon en snij ze heel klein. Pel en snipper de ui. Maak depaprika schoon en snij deze in dunne reepjes. Smelt de boter of margarine enfruit hierin de ui en vervolgens de paprika. Voeg de bloem toe en al roerende debouillon. Roer tot een gladde soep. Voeg de bleekselderij toe en laat 15-20minuten zachtjes trekken. Maak de soep op smaak met zout, peper en room. Vul 2ovenvaste soepkommen met de soep en maak de randen met een beetje water nat. Dekde kommetjes af met een plakje bladerdeeg. Druk de plakjes bladerdeeg goed op deranden van de kommetjes. Strooi op elk plakje bladerdeeg wat geraspte kaas. Laathet dakje in de oven in 15-20 minuten lichtbruin worden.
Per persoon ongeveer 150 gramgroenten.
