  • 1 sjalot
  • 1 teentje knoflook
  • 15 g boter of margarine
  • 150 g risottorijst
  • 1 dl droge witte wijn
  • 4 dl hete groentebouillon van 1 tablet
  • 150 g zeekraal
  • 200 g grote garnalen
  • zwarte peper

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Glutenvrij dieet, Kippeneivrij dieet, Lactosevrij dieet.

Pel de sjalot en de knoflook en hak beide fijn. Smelt de boter of margarinein een ruime magnetronbestendige schaal, onafgedekt, 1 minuut, ca. 750 watt.’Bak’ hierin de sjalot en de knoflook, onafgedekt, 2 minuten, ca. 750 watt. Voegde rijst toe. Meng alles goed door elkaar. Verwarm de rijst met de sjalot enknoflook, onafgedekt, 3 minuten, ca. 750 watt. Schep tussentijds tweemaal om.Voeg de wijn toe. Verwarm het mengsel, onafgedekt, 1 minuut, ca. 750 watt. Voeg1 1/2 dl hete bouillon toe en kook het mengsel, onafgedekt, 3-4 minuten, ca. 750watt. Roer regelmatig in de rijst. Voeg vervolgens de rest van de bouillon toeen zet de schaal terug in de magnetron, afgedekt, circa 12-15 minuten, ca. 450watt.

De totale kooktijd is 15-20 minuten (vanaf de wijn). Spoel intussen dezeekraal schoon in een vergiet, verwijder lelijke uiteindjes en laat de groentegoed uitlekken. Meng de laatste 5 minuten de zeekraal en de garnalen door derisotto en laat alles goed doorwarmen. Breng op smaak met zwarte peper.

Dit gerecht bevat 75 gram groente per persoon.
