Ingrediënten:
- 1 sjalotje (in fijne blokjes)
- 5 vita peps (3 vita peps in blokjes)
- 30 gr boter
- 1 theelepel olie
- 1 eetlepel witte wijn
- 1 eetlepel slagroom
- 40-50 gr risotto (net wat u er van maakt een voor of hoofd gerechtje)
- Groenteboullion gemaakt met 2 van de vita pep
- Peper en zout
Bereidingswijze
Om te beginnen fruit u een sjalotje aan in de koekepan met olie en boter. Bijde sjalot doet u de rijst. Deze fruit u mee. Vervolgens blust u het geheel af met de witte wijn en een scheut boullion. U blijft nu boullion toevoegen inkleine hoeveelheden, telkens totdat de risotto al het vocht heeft opgenomen. Ditproces herhaald u totdat de risotto gaar is. Dit kunt u proeven. Per risottorijst is de tijdsduur anders. Let hier dus goed op!
Voeg als de risotto bijna klaar is de Vitapep blokjes toe. Deze moeten ietsgaring krijgen, maar niet kapot gekookt worden. Voeg vlak voor het opdienen naarwens nog peper en zout toe en roer op het laatste moment de slagroom door derisotto dit zorgt voor een mooi smeuïg effect.
