  • 75 g jasmijnrijst
  • zout
  • 8 tajerbladen
  • 1 teentje knoflook
  • 1 eetlepel ingemaakte Japanse gember verkrijgbaar bij de toko of Japanse winkel
  • ca. 1/2 theelepel wasabi of Japanse mierikswortel
  • ca. 1 eetlepel rijstwijn of droge sherry
  • bloem
  • 1 ei
  • 1 diep bord met vers broodkruim of eventueel paneermeel
  • frituurolie

Bereidingswijze

Dieet: Vegetarisch dieet, Lactosevrij dieet, Eiwitbeperkt dieet.

Kook de rijst met wat zout gaar volgens de gebruiksaanwijzing. Was detajerbladen en snij twee bladen in fijne reepjes. Blancheer de hele bladen kortin ruim kokend water met wat zout, tot ze soepel zijn. Laat ze goed uitlekken ineen vergiet. Blancheer daarna de reepjes tajerblad kort en laat de reepjes goeduitlekken. Pers de knoflook uit boven de rijst en snij de gember heel fijn. Menggesneden tajerblad, gember, wasabi en rijstwijn door de rijst en breng op smaakmet wat zout. Spreid de tajerbladen uit. Schep een flinke lepel rijstvulling aande korte kant van elk blad en vouw de bladen om de vulling heen op tot mooie,strakke rolletjes. Klop het ei los. Wentel de rolletjes achtereenvolgens doorbloem, losgeklopt ei en broodkruim, druk het broodkruim goed aan. Verhit defrituurolie tot 170 graden C en frituur de rolletjes in gedeelten krokant engaar (in 2 – 3 minuten). Laat ze even uitlekken op keukenpapier en serveer zeheet. Lekker met een dipsaus van 2 eetlepels oosterse vissaus, sap en geraspteschil van 1/2 limoen of citroen, 1 theelepel suiker en wat sambal.

Dit gerecht bevat circa 100 gram groente per persoon.

Ook lekker in plaats van vlees, maar ook als bijgerecht bij gepocheerde vis.
